It is our honor to be able to provide another year of life transforming summer camp June 15th-21st 2024 to children in care. Likewise, we are excited to offer you the opportunity to help us “Make Moments Matter”, provide many new experiences and introduce these children to God’s unconditional love. This week provides hope to the hopeless and in return, blesses all of us that serve.

Campers
Royal Family Kids Camp is an overnight camp offered by Activate Church June 17-21 2024. At camp the children will experience swimming, hiking, crafts, crawdad fishing, water games as well as many other activities. The facility has a nature center with many types of animals of which some are available for petting and feeding. Eligible campers must be ages 6-12 and need to have an application submitted and approved prior to attending camp
The cost of camp is paid for by generous individuals and the fundraising efforts of our amazing team. Only a $25 processing fee is collected upon application submission. Volunteers
The week of camp is run entirely by loving and dedicated volunteers who give countless hours of their lives to provide a life changing camp experience for the children we serve. Many of our counselors and staff have returned to camp for decades and are dedicated to “Making Moments Matter” for children who have experienced trauma and neglect.
If you are interested in joining the mission in a counselor or staff role we will need you to complete an application below to begin the screening and training process. The welfare and safety of these children is most important and we do a thorough job of screening interviewing and training our volunteers to be capable of providing a royal experience to these amazing children.

As you can imagine, running a camp this intense with 100% volunteer help is a huge undertaking. It takes many amazing people behind the scenes who volunteer in countless ways such as prayer, shopping, birthday party planning, organization, fundraising, camp prep, setup, check-in/pickup and so much more.
